Full-time enrolment is required throughout the entire duration of the programme — two academic years. Applicants currently employed in public institutions must satisfy additional procedural requirements.

Complete dedication to study is required throughout the full duration of the programme — both the preparatory year (taught modules) and the research year (thesis).

Concurrent Employment Not Permitted

No concurrent employment or parallel study commitments that conflict with the full-time attendance and engagement requirements of the programme will be accepted.

Unemployed / Full-Time Student
Direct enrolment in the programme upon satisfying all remaining academic and administrative requirements.
Government Employee
No-Objection Certificate + written undertaking to provide official study leave prior to the formal commencement of study.
