Advancing the academic and scientific level of department students to achieve scientific leadership at the local, regional, and international levels.
Programme Mission
Qualifying admitted students with the knowledge skills and specialisations required in the various fields of business administration sciences and technologies, in order to meet labour-market needs and secure appropriate opportunities within government departments and private-sector institutions.
Knowledge Objectives
Develop an in-depth understanding of modern management theories and concepts (marketing, finance, human resources, operations) and enhance knowledge of contemporary business challenges including globalisation, digital transformation, and sustainability.
Skills Objectives
Strengthen proficiency in using technological tools and management systems; develop the ability to analyse administrative problems and make strategic decisions; and build leadership, teamwork, and effective communication skills.
Values Objectives
Instil values of integrity and social responsibility in management practice; promote awareness of business ethics and transparency in commercial dealings; and encourage innovation and entrepreneurship to serve society.
Professional Objectives

Qualifying admitted students with the knowledge skills and specialisations required in the various fields of financial and banking technologies, in order to meet labour-market needs and secure appropriate opportunities within government departments and private-sector institutions.
Knowledge Objectives
Develop an in-depth understanding of financial, accounting, and banking theories and concepts; enhance knowledge of contemporary business challenges; and enable students to understand the legal and ethical framework of financial and banking work.
Skills Objectives
Strengthen proficiency in using financial analysis software and other management systems; develop the ability to analyse financial and banking problems that may confront financial and banking institutions.
Values Objectives
Financial integrity — commitment to absolute transparency in managing data and funds. Anti-corruption — instilling values of self-regulation to protect institutions from fraud, money laundering, and cybercrime. Financial inclusion — innovating technological solutions to enable access to banking services.

Programme Mission
The Mechatronics Engineering Technology programme provides the essential curriculum for learning and training in the skills required to build devices and applications needed in mechatronic systems, covering both theoretical and practical aspects over four academic years.
Knowledge Objectives
Introduce students to concepts of mechatronics engineering; enable them to understand practical applications in mechatronics engineering technology; and develop the ability to keep pace with technological advances in robotics, control systems, and embedded systems.
Skills Objectives
Analysis, design, and implementation of mechatronic systems. Develop proficiency in programming microcontrollers, PLCs, and mechatronic control systems for industrial applications.
Values Objectives
Motivate students to design and implement their own engineering designs; encourage teamwork through group discussions and participation in engineering exhibitions; and promote engineering safety and professional responsibility.
Professional Objectives
Prepare and graduate an engineering cadre meeting core technical requirements; organise training and qualification courses; and strengthen relations with industrial companies and relevant institutions.
Building & Construction Engineering Techniques

Advancing the technical and engineering level of department students to achieve leadership in building and construction engineering at the local and regional level.
Programme Mission
Preparing specialised technical engineers capable of engaging in the building and construction sector, applying modern engineering and structural knowledge to serve local urban development.
Knowledge Objectives
Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of structural, geotechnical, transportation, and environmental engineering relevant to building and construction technologies. Identify and assess traditional and advanced construction materials in terms of properties, applications, durability, and sustainability.
Skills Objectives
Conduct site investigations, laboratory and field tests on construction materials. Apply structural design principles and use engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit) for professional execution of construction projects.
Values Objectives
Understand and apply national and international engineering regulations, codes, and standards. Demonstrate awareness of modern construction technologies including prefabrication, smart materials, and digital engineering tools. Promote environmental sustainability in construction practice.
Professional Objectives
Prepare graduates qualified to work in contracting companies, engineering supervision, and government construction departments. Strengthen collaboration with the construction industry and relevant institutions.
