Financial Support Programs
The department offers four financial aid programs to ensure equal opportunities for all students.
Academic Scholarships
Financial grants awarded to high-achieving students based on their academic GPA and performance.
Social Welfare Aid
Financial assistance for students facing economic hardship, subject to eligibility criteria.
Books & Supplies Support
Subsidised or free textbooks and academic materials for enrolled students.
Campus Housing Subsidy
Reduced housing fees for students commuting from outside the Hawija district.
Eligibility Requirements
All of the following conditions must be met to submit a financial support application.
Must be a registered student in the Finance & Banking Department at HTC.
Must have passed at least one semester with no failed subjects.
Must submit complete and officially certified supporting documents.
Must not be receiving any other financial aid during the same period.
Must maintain regular attendance and not exceed the permitted absence rate.
Application must be submitted within the officially announced deadline.
How to Apply
Download Form
Get the financial aid application form from the college website or Student Affairs office.
Attach Documents
Include your national ID, grade transcript, and any supporting documents.
Submit
Hand in the complete file to the Student Welfare Office at the college.
Review
A dedicated committee reviews all applications within two weeks.
Notification
Applicants are informed of the outcome via official email or the notice board.
