Here is a brief overview of the history and establishment of Hawija Technical College: Hawija Technical College is one of the constituent colleges of the Northern Technical University, affiliated with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Iraq. It was established in 2023. Located in the Hawija district, the college comprises three main academic departments: Business Administration Technologies, Finance and Banking Technologies, and Mechatronics Engineering Technologies. The college strives to develop students’ skills and capabilities in various applied fields through specialized professional technical study programs. The college’s vision revolves around leadership and innovation, offering high-quality educational programs based on future-oriented principles that keep pace with modern developments, enabling students to acquire advanced technical and professional expertise and apply it scientifically and academically. The college also participates in the “Study in Iraq” initiative launched by the Northern Technical University, which aims to attract international students and enhance cultural and academic exchange between Iraq and other countries.
