To complete the registration procedures, please bring the required documents below:
-The original preparatory study document, a colored copy.
-Original medical examination + one (1) colored copy.
– Civil status ID or the student’s unified card, front and back on the same page, colored copy number (3).
-The student’s nationality certificate, colored copy number (2). (It is dispensable if the unified card is available).
-Residence card, front and back on the same page, colored copy, number (1).
– Civil status identity card, nationality certificate, or the unified card of the student’s father or mother, front and back, on the same page, colored copy, number (1).
– (6) recent personal photos of the student with a white background.
