The division works on distributing newly accepted students by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research/Central Admission to the departments of our college every new academic year and accepting the top 5% of vocational secondary schools as well as the top 10% of technical institutes and following up on objection transactions and amending nomination, transfer, hosting and the admission plan for scientific departments, as well as following up on transfer, hosting and amending nomination for students within the period specified by the Ministry every academic year and for morning and evening studies, as well as transferring the top students in the college to colleges with higher requirements and in coordination with the university (Northern Technical University), following up on university correspondence and implementing orders related to the return of students whose records have been suspended and the supplementary and transition exams and taking exams. And following up on special cases for some students between the college and the university, following up on the acceptance of holders of equivalent certificates and transfer from outside Iraq and accepting the families of martyrs and exempting them from tuition fees for evening studies and accepting distinguished employees and teachers with academic leave, auditing the minutes referred by the Secretariat of the College Council and developing appropriate solutions for all student affairs issues according to the controls The exam window.

Registration mechanism for students accepted into the college
1- Documents required for registration:
Original preparatory study document certified by the General Directorate of Education in the governorate.
Guarantee guarantee according to a form prepared by the Legal Affairs Department in the college.
A colored copy of the nationality certificate and the Iraqi civil status identity or the unified national card.
Recent photos, number (6).
Original medical examination form.
2-Mechanism for student registration:
The results of the central admission announced on the official website of the ministry are based on the announcement and the announcement is an official notification to the college to start registering students.
The student is registered if he submits an objection to his acceptance as well, and if he is right, his nomination is modified.
Non-Iraqi students residing and accepted in morning and evening studies are registered, taking into account what is stated in clause (W-3) of Chapter Six of the Student Affairs and Registration Procedures Manual.
3- Cases of postponement, failure and cancellation of admission:
The academic year is considered a year of postponement for the student if he registers in the college after the end of the specified period and until 4/18/2024.
The academic year is considered a year of failure for the student if he registers after 4/18/2024 and until 5/23/2024
4- Cases of cancellation of admission:
. If the student does not register in the college nominated to during the same academic year and until 5/26/2024.
In the event that it is proven that none of the general or special conditions for admission to the study are met.
If the student provides incorrect, forged or distorted information or documents to the college, he writes to the university to cancel his admission.
If the student does not submit the original preparatory study document supported by the approval of the General Directorate of Education in the governorate until 4/18/2024.
Issuing orders to students whose admission has been cancelled as soon as they are eligible.
5- Direct admission controls and conditions:
Iraqi nationality.
The student must be born in 1999 or later.
Hold an Iraqi preparatory certificate, certified by the General Directorate of Education in the governorate or an equivalent certificate.
Pass the medical examination according to the conditions for each study.
Devoted to study and it is not permissible to combine work and study (at the same time) in morning colleges and institutes, including all members of government institutions. It is required for them to continue studying to obtain a study leave from their departments “according to the applicable instructions. It is also not permissible to combine the two studies.” If it is proven otherwise, the Ministry shall write to cancel his acceptance.
Application is allowed for graduates of preparatory studies for the branches (biology, applied) for the current academic year 2022/2023 and the previous academic year who have not received a central acceptance and according to the controls listed for each specialization, provided that they do not enroll in studies (evening, private, morning private government education, one of the colleges affiliated with the two endowments, and institutes affiliated with other ministries). Application is allowed for graduates of preparatory studies for the branches (vocational) for the current academic year 2022/2023 and the previous academic year (after submitting proof that they have been postponed or failed with the approval of the college / or institute) and for each specialization and as shown in the items below, provided that they do not enroll in studies (evening, private and those accepted within the morning private government education channel, one of the colleges affiliated with the two endowments, and institutes affiliated with other ministries.
