The symposium covered:- The basics of digital transformation.
The symposium showed: – The most important steps that must be taken for digital transformation.
The symposium aimed to: define clear goals and a comprehensive vision for digital transformation that contributes to directing efforts and resources effectively.
The symposium came out with the following recommendations:
Working to enhance electronic culture through implementing many targeted training programs
And commitment from all levels within the organization to achieve a successful and sustainable digital transformation.
