Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar, and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Abdullah Danouk, Dean of the College.
The Legal Affairs Division at Al-Hawija Technical College organizes a legal seminar on (Crimes excluded from inclusion in the provisions of the General Amnesty Law of 2025)
The seminar will be lectured by:-
– Mr. Falah Hassan Kanoush / Head of the Legal Division.
– M. M. Ahmed Sadiq / Head of the Human Rights Unit.
– M. M. Samia Nazim Shahada / Head of the Contracts and Guarantees Unit.

The seminar explained:-
– Definition of the General Amnesty Law
– Crimes excluded from inclusion in the General Amnesty Law.
The seminar aimed to:- – Raise awareness among students and affiliates of the importance of the General Amnesty Law.
– Spreading legal culture in the professional and student environment.
_ Defining the seriousness of crimes excluded from the provisions of the General Amnesty Law.

The symposium came out with the following recommendations:-

1: The necessity of holding legal workshops and seminars on an ongoing basis to increase legal awareness among employees and students..

2: Dealing positively with those covered by the General Amnesty Law in order to rehabilitate them and integrate them into society.
