Al-Hawijah Technical College Council holds its first open session for the academic year (2024-2025).
Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Abdullah Danok, Dean of the College, chaired the first open session with the attendance of all members.
The session was opened by welcoming the members of the Council, after which the issues on the agenda were raised, which were summarized as follows:
* Directives of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
* Directives of the University Presidency and the most important matters raised in the University Council.
* Forming student admission and registration committees.
* Emphasizing students’ commitment to the uniform.
* Discussing a number of student, administrative and scientific matters.
* Emphasizing institutional accreditation and national classification of scientific departments.
* Urging lecturers to publish research within solid global containers (Scopus).
