Organizing a course

Under the patronage of the Honorable President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar, and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Abdullah Danouk, the respected Dean of the College.
The Department of Banking Management Techniques organized a scientific course on (…the data of creating happiness in the work environment…)

It was attended by a number of college members
The course covered:
Definition of happiness, concept of happiness, causes of happiness, work environment, its concept, importance, factors determining happiness in the work environment
The course showed:
Happiness from multiple perspectives
– Components of happiness in the work environment
– Sustainable happiness
The course aimed to: – The participant will acquire the most important knowledge and skills necessary for happiness in the work environment

The session came out with the following recommendations:
– Happiness is a moral pleasure
– A person’s understanding of himself and his motivation on the path to success and harmony with the work environment and colleagues
– Strengthening mutual trust in the work environment
